By accessing or using the Darna platform or any of its applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the Darna platform, including individual household users, business administrators, and any third-party integrators.

2. Description of Services

Darna is a smart food management platform that provides:

• Darna App: a mobile and web application for tracking food inventory, managing expiration dates, and receiving AI-driven consumption suggestions.
• Darna AI Engine: an artificial intelligence layer that predicts expiration dates, learns your supply patterns, and generates personalized food management recommendations.
• Darna Insights: analytics and reporting tools that help users understand waste patterns, track savings, and optimize their food lifecycle decisions.

Darna reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time with reasonable prior notice.

3. User Account

To access Darna's services, you must create an account using accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

By using Darna, you agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Darna platform — including software, interfaces, logos, trademarks, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Darna and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

A subscription to Darna's services grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform solely for the duration of your active subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Darna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

Darna's total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team. Darna may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a material breach of these terms, without notice or refund. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Darna operates. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
